Thanks for shopping with us! Here's exactly what to expect so there are no surprises.

Made-to-order means a little extra time

Every item is printed and made specifically for you after you order — we don't hold inventory or mass-produce. This is better for quality and for the planet, and it means total delivery takes a bit longer than fast fashion. Total time = production time + shipping time.

Production time

Your order is made in 2 to 5 business days before it ships.

Shipping time (after production)

United States: 3 to 5 business days
Canada: 5 to 10 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days

Estimated total delivery is roughly 1 to 2 weeks in the US and 2 to 4 weeks internationally, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays during holidays or peak periods can add time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages and on different days, since products can be made in different facilities. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Customs and import duties (international)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once reshipping is covered.
